Mustafa Acar | Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı
After graduating from the Department of Civil Engineering at Eastern Mediterranean University in 2002, Mustafa Acar developed a wide range of construction projects, including residential complexes, office buildings, shopping malls, and other commercial developments. In 2008, alongside his activities in the construction industry, he decided to invest in the renewable energy sector.
He founded SDS Geothermal Energy Inc. and expanded the company's investments in the geothermal energy industry. By opening SDS Energy to global investors, he established partnerships with multinational stakeholders. He also developed geothermal field licenses in the Aydın region. Today, SDS Energy is continuing the investment and development of a 120 MW geothermal power plant.
In the construction sector, he has served as an executive board member and project manager for numerous residential, business center, and shopping mall projects totaling 200,000 square meters, with a combined investment value of approximately USD 250 million. In 2015, he founded ARF Renewable Energy Inc. In 2016, the company commissioned a 5.7 MW Solar Power Plant, which began commercial operation in May 2016. In the same year, he established ARF BIO Renewable Energy Inc., where the investment process for a 4.8 MW Biogas Power Plant is currently ongoing. He is the founding shareholder of SDS Energy Inc., ARF Renewable Energy Inc., and ARF BIO Renewable Energy Inc.
Melih Arslan | Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekili
Born in Istanbul in 1962, Melih Arslan graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University and later earned a master's degree in Business Administration. After serving as a lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture of Trakya University, he transitioned to the private sector, where he has continued his professional career through his own company, focusing on real estate development, construction, project management, and the management of foreign investment funds' investments in Türkiye.
He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of AB Gayrimenkul Inc., Nai Treas Inc., Aby Design Inc., and HAB Project Management Inc., and is the Chairman of the Executive Board of ARF BIO Renewable Energy Production Inc.
Caner BİNGÖL | Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi
Caner Bingöl graduated from the Department of Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of Yıldız Technical University and also completed a dual degree in the Department of City and Regional Planning within the same faculty. Following his graduation, he founded Ensar Construction, Architecture, Planning, Real Estate and Consultancy Ltd. Throughout his career, Bingöl has managed real estate development projects totaling 310,000 square meters of commercial properties, 600,000 square meters of residential developments, and 8 million square meters of land development. He has also carried out urban planning projects in numerous metropolitan cities across Türkiye.
In addition, he has developed mixed-use projects in collaboration with branded residential developers that are members of GYODER and KONUTDER, while also providing consultancy services to public institutions on investment projects.
Salih Tuncer MUTLUCAN | Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi
After graduating from Galatasaray High School, Salih Tuncer Mutlucan earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University. He later completed a master's degree in Construction Management at Istanbul Technical University. He is also a member of the Chamber of Civil Engineers and the Rotary Club of Istanbul. He began his career in the banking sector in 1992 and held senior executive positions, including Branch Manager of Garanti Bank Luxembourg and General Manager of Akbank NV Netherlands. He also served as General Manager of Ak Finansal Kiralama (Ak Lease). In addition, he was among the founding members of the Board of Directors of the Financial Institutions Association. Throughout his career, he has served as a member of the board of directors of several companies, including Çalık Holding, Güven Healthcare Group, Active Shipping, and Umur Printing Group. Currently, Mutlucan serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Doğanlar Holding. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Doğanlar Furniture Group, Biotrend Energy, and RePie Investment Holding Inc., as well as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Astor Energy.

Sidar Tunca is the founding and managing partner of Tunca Law Firm, established in 2006. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Çankaya University and holds master's degrees in Tax Law and Public Law. He provides consultancy services to domestic and international clients in various fields, particularly competition law, energy law, public procurement law, and corporate law. He specializes especially in energy projects, privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offering (IPO) processes. Tunca Law Firm is listed in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners legal directories. Sidar Tunca actively participates in projects involving public institutions and international organizations and is the author of the book titled “Cancellation of Public Tenders.”

Özgür Umut Eroğlu is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience, possessing extensive expertise in the global infrastructure, energy, defense, and environmental sectors. He has led billion-dollar-scale EPC projects in complex international environments, developed investment opportunities in emerging markets, and successfully managed large-scale multicultural organizations. He currently serves as the CEO of Biotrend Environmental and Energy Investments Inc. Previously, he served as CEO, Vice Chairman, and Deputy General Manager of Gama Power Systems, a subsidiary of Gama Holding, where he managed the company’s operations across 14 countries and contributed to the execution of energy projects exceeding 25,000 MW and EPC investments worth billions of dollars.
Kamile Banu EJDER ÖZCAN | Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi
Kamile Banu Ejder Özcan studied Business Administration at the University of Munich. She began her banking career in 1987 at BNP-AK-Dresdner Bank A.Ş. and subsequently held senior executive positions at Demir-Halk Bank and Akbank. She was appointed General Manager to establish Akbank NV in the Netherlands and later served as Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Akbank AG, where she led significant initiatives in the German banking sector. Ms. Özcan was appointed as the first female member of the Deutsche Bundesbank Advisory Board and also served as the International Trade Ambassador for Frankfurt. Throughout her career, she has held positions as an independent board member as well as a member of risk and audit committees in various companies. Since January 2022, she has been serving as General Manager of First Commercial Bank Ltd. Taiwan in Frankfurt, Germany. She is fluent in both German and English. She currently serves as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of our Company and chairs the Corporate Governance Committee.
