This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Arf Bio Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim Anonim Şirketi (“Arf Bio” or the “Company”) having its registered office at Beştepe Mah. Nergiz Sk. Gama Binası No: 9 İç Kapı No: 36 Yenimahalle/Ankara and being a taxpayer of the Maltepe Tax Office with tax identification number 0740520468, in its capacity as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND METHODS OF COLLECTION
Due to your status as an Arf Bio job applicant, your personal data within the scope of your job application to be submitted through our website may be collected, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated under the KVKK, in written or electronic media, by fully or partially automated means or by non-automated means provided that they are part of a data recording system.
Your personal data listed below, which you will provide to us within the scope of your job application, may be obtained and processed by Arf Bio.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data in question will be processed for the purposes specified below, in connection with, limited to and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed, by being retained for the period prescribed under the relevant legislation or for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, based on the legal grounds set forth below.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company acts in compliance with the provisions set forth under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data, as well as the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board and the relevant regulations. In this respect, no personal data is transferred by our Company to any recipient within Türkiye or abroad.
DELETION, DESTRUCTION, OR ANONYMIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to Article 7 of the KVKK, although your personal data have been processed in compliance with the applicable legislation, if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, your personal data shall be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by our Company ex officio or upon your request. The procedures and principles regarding this matter shall be fulfilled in accordance with the KVKK and the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette dated October 28, 2017 and numbered 30224.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject, you have the right to:
a) learn whether your personal data are being processed,
b) request information if your personal data have been processed,
c) learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
d) know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, whether in Türkiye or abroad,
e) request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
f) request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the scope of Article 7 of the KVKK,
g) request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
h) object to any result to your detriment arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems, and
ı) request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may exercise your rights by submitting your requests in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Application to the Data Controller, either in writing Beştepe Mah.
